November 2010...Mortgage Architects receives 2010 CAAMP AMP Corporate Excellence Award
Mortgage Architects was honoured by the mortgage industry at the 2010 Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) Mortgage Hall of Fame and Awards Night held in Montreal on November 21, receiving the coveted AMP Corporate Excellence Award.
The award, presented to Bob Ord, President & CEO of Mortgage Architects, recognizes the company that demonstrates commitment to take the mortgage industry to a new level of professionalism through the enhancement of the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation. The recipient is committed to raising the standard in the industry and in furthering the aims and objectives of the AMP. The recipient consistently recognizes and rewards the accomplishments and efforts made by its AMP brokers and employees, and advocates development through ongoing training and AMP related education.
"It's an honour to be recognized by our industry for our commitment to education and excellence," said Bob Ord. "Canadians want to deal with accredited professionals, and Mortgage Architects has the highest percentage of brokers with an AMP designation for a large brokerage firm."
Mortgage Architects believes strongly in ongoing education of its brokers, holding regional conferences that award AMP credits. The conferences focus on lender product knowledge, customer needs, marketing tools, latest industry trends and sharing of best practices. The company boasts the highest average volume per broker of any large brokerage firm. "We've got the industry's best-of-the-best brokers; the elite in the industry," said Ord. "They are doing an outstanding job of meeting their clients' needs, not just with the initial mortgage transaction, but through long-term relationships."
